Implants Bridges

Bridges have been used for many years to fill gaps left by missing teeth. Bridges do not move and are not taken out at night. They are retained and supported by the teeth immediately bordering the gap. They have a very good life expectancy and look great in the right area. Implant retained bridges are similar. They use implants either side of a space with crowns on each joined together with a “false” crown.

We can use multiple dental implants in either the top or bottom jaws in order to replace an entire set of teeth. Implant bridges, just as conventional bridges can replace teeth in all parts of the mouth and replace different numbers of teeth from three missing teeth to all the teeth in the whole upper and lower jaw. These are the fully fixed alternative to dentures.
