Following an assessment by James, the patient and teeth to be whitened are prepared for the procedure. This involves placing a number of “barriers” to make sure the gums, lips and cheeks are not affected or harmed by the tooth whitening gel or light that is used. The procedure itself then lasts for just one hour and the teeth treated are, on average, eight shades whiter.

Both treatments are pain free and patients can watch their favourite film or listen to music whilst the procedure takes place.
